MAGNETIC THERAPY

Magnetic Therapy is a form of alternative or natural medicine. People have been using magnetic therapy for thousands of years. Magnetic therapy is scrutinized because there are no scientific studies to explain why and how it works. It just does.

Some thoughts as to why magnetic therapy works is because the placement of the magnets on the body relaxes the walls of the blood vessels thereby allowing for better blood flow. But a professional in the field explained it to me in the following way. They said that it is a natural way to keep the electrical energies in the body functioning in the proper manner. All of our bodies have electrical energies so that we function properly. When these electrical energies get out of alignment or overloaded they do not function properly and have to be taken in for repair work, like any other thing that functions on electricity. All living things function on electricity and magnetism. Even a small motor requires magnets in order to function properly. The earth even has a magnetic field to keep it functioning properly and to not lose what that magnetic field protects. Well the human body functions in the same way on electricity and a magnetic field. Over time this electricity builds up in our bodies and our bodies suffer from pain and disease. The magnetic therapy puts your electricity and magnetic field back to where it belongs so that it can concentrate on the job at hand. And it is not a chemical fix but a natural fix. Any pill that a person takes also has side effects and sometimes these side effects are worse than what you are trying to fix. Magnetic Therapy that is natural has no side effects. There are trained professionals who give one their treatments. The treatments are quick and easy. As a matter of fact you lay on your back on an examination table fully clothed and the professional does all of the work. They lay on the magnets where they feel they are needed and leave them there for the time they feel is needed. Magnetic therapy gives results in one to two visits. One can find testimonials from around the world as to the positive effects received from magnetic therapy. But, once again, there is no scientific proof that it works. IT JUST DOES.

Magnetic therapy is finally being recognized around the world as having value. The earth houses an enormous amount of plants, animals and humans, etc. When a human is conceived it is housed in its mother’s magnetic field and she, of course, is housed in the earth’s magnetic field. Once people make the connection that all planetary objects are under the control of the earth’s magnetic biology then it is easier to make the connection that we are biological electric and magnetic things that follow the laws of magnetism. First, it is important to understand that both the internal magnetism as well as the environmental magnetism has on how the body functions. One needs to think about conventional medicine for both humans and animals, the therapies are sometimes not adequate, they are too costly, are sometimes invasive and ultimately, cause more harm. Magnetic therapy offers a new approach and a new understanding of how the body functions, thereby allowing the body to restore itself. In the past 30 to 50 years it has been used in Russia, some European countries, in Asia and in South America. It has not yet been accepted in the western English speaking countries. But as is usual in the English speaking west, they feel the need to make their own decisions in their own time instead of taking the word of other countries. The literature is available but would have to be translated. Also, scientific information, that is not medical in nature, on biologic effects of magnetism are abundantly available. To date there is no accepted ideas in the science of physics as to how magnetism effects biological workings. They just cannot explain how it works. Even though magnetic therapy cannot be explained, it has been seen many positive experiences in magnetic therapy. I suppose that this is just another area in the western world where people know it works prior to it being proven. Lack of scientific proof should not stop it being used to help people who need this attention. Magnetic therapy does work in a large range of maladies. More in depth information in future articles.

Meet Julie and read her story

Hi, my name is Julie and I want to share a story with you. I am a 62 year old woman. I have had Type 2 diabetes since my mid 40's. I have had a long term problem with insulin resistance. My glucose readings fluctuate from normal to the 300's even with following all of the rules and regulations. I am currently an American and I am living in a beautiful South American country where conventional medicine is readily available and I do have health insurance here as well as conventional doctors that I see on a regular basis as I am diabetic. About 6 months ago, my glucose readings started to rise slowly but surely until they were well into the 300s. A normal reading should be between 60 and 120. I was having episodes of faint, weakness, going very pallid, diarrhea, and fatigue. Being the person that I am I went straight to my endocrinologist and of course he increased my insulin and added metformin (glucophage) to be taken 3 times a day. My high blood pressure was also rising and he increased my medication for that. He sent me for blood work and also found that my cholesterol was at 256 and that my triglycerides were at 686. My urine was spilling proteins, which means that my kidneys were in the beginning of failure. I followed their instructions to a tee but to no avail. The doctor kept wanting to change my medications and for awhile I followed all of their rules because I felt as if conventional medicine was my only hope. Then I was having a conversation with a friend and he suggested that I see an alternative medicine doctor that he knew. I agreed because after all what did I have to lose. My diabetes was on a horrible downward slide and so was my health in genral. So I made the appointment not knowing really what to expect. I arrived to my appointment last Friday July 24, 2009. She had a small office with a desk and 2 visitor chairs. There were also 2 examination tables in the small office. She spoke to me regarding my concerns and then explained that she practiced magnetic therapy, also known as biomagnetism. I only had a vague idea of what this type of therapy was. After speaking to me, she asked that I lay down on her examination table. She applied some magnets to different areas of my head, neck and upper torso. She then proceeded to step to the bottom of the table, take my feet and point my toes straight to the ceiling. At this point she held my heels in her hands and started to jiggle them from side to side and ask for different areas of my body to communicate with her. This process went on for about 10 minutes. At this point she added some more magnets to my upper torso and repeated the process for another 10 minutes. Now she was finished and asked for me to sit up. I did but had momentary dizziness upon sitting up. As I waited a moment to stabilize she said that this happening was normal because my energies were coming and going and rising and falling and that my energies were totally out of alignment. She said that this also caused her to not get good readings on my health issues. With this she gave me a paper showing what I needed to buy and how to make the infusions and how to take what are called 5 days of energy baths. I paid for my visit, set my next appointment and set off to purchase the ingredients. The energy baths are on day 1 infusion of sour herbs, day 2 infusion of sweet herbs, day 3 infusion of sweet herbs and sweet spices, day 4 colored petals of roses and day 5 petals of white roses. As I did the baths, the first day I did not feel all that different and no difference in my glucose readings and blood pressure. Day 2 I did the bath but only felt a little more energetic and my readings were a little lower. Day 3 I felt 20 years younger, full of energy and my glucose was down to 100 and my blood pressure in normal ranges. Day 4 and all is the same and I feel great. Tomorrow is day 5 and I am ready for my next reading to see what she has planned for me. Today July 29, 2009 I went for my next appointment. My reading was done and I was told that all of my organs were in good working condition and my medications were cut in half. I was told that it was not a good idea to just stop my medications but to slowly lower my doses. I was also put on a 9 day regimen of drinking lemon juice for 9 days as this will clean out my liver and kidneys. Will keep you all updated with my progress. Thank you for letting me share my story on how wonderful magnetic therapy is.
